Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced Project Manager for regional main-contractor sites across Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey. You will lead projects from early involvement through to completion, driving site operations and coordinating delivery teams.

The role requires a proven lead PM with pre-construction awareness, valid SMSTS and CSCS Black Card, and comfort working across multiple sites. Salary £68,000–£75,000 plus car allowance or company car, pension, healthcare and discretionary

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a lead PM with regional or national main contractor.
• Pre-construction awareness: method statements, logistics, and programming input.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certification.
• Willing to commute across Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey.

Responsibilities

• Drive site operations and lead delivery teams, sub-contractors, and site managers.
• Collaborate with pre-con team on tenders, buildability, and programming.
• Maintain high standards of delivery using PM software (Procore / Asta).
• Manage client relationships and work with commercial teams on budget control.
