Job summary

TSR Recruitment Limited is seeking a Project Manager to join a regional main contractor covering Cambridgeshire and East Anglia. The role involves multi-room refurbishment and extensions up to £5m in value, with a salary of £55,000–£60,000 plus car or allowance and package.

The position requires programming of projects using Asta, strong team coordination, and effective management of client expectations. Travel to site and office-based work are expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience as a project manager in construction on projects up to £5m.
• Good IT skills and proficiency with relevant software.
• Organised, professional and strong communicator.
• CSCS SMSTS and First Aid certifications are required.
• ProCure experience would be beneficial.

Project Manager required for a regional tier 2 main contractor operating across Cambridgeshire and East Anglia, working on multi room refurbishment and extension projects. Due to expected project starts, this well-established main contractor is looking to bolster its operational team with the addition of an experienced Project Manager to work on multiroom accommodation projects including extensions and refurbishments up to £5m in value.
