Job summary

Siamo Recruitment in Flintshire is seeking a permanent Sales Support & Pricing Coordinator to join a busy, growing business. You will handle pricing enquiries, prepare accurate quotations, manage customer relationships and support the Area Sales Manager to win new business.

The role offers a varied day-to-day, CRM usage, MS Office, and a clear path for career development. Monday to Friday, competitive salary £30,000 per annum and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Support, Internal Sales, Customer Service, Account Management or Administration.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and issuing accurate customer quotations.
• Managing pricing enquiries and following up quotations.
• Building strong relationships with customers and contractors.
• Supporting the Area Sales Manager to maximise sales opportunities.
• Updating and maintaining the CRM system.
• Monitoring projects and sales opportunities.
• Tracking customer orders and pricing activity.
• Working towards individual and team KPIs.
• Providing excellent customer service at every stage.
