Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in the UK is looking for a senior leader to head the Wales & West region within GB Retail. You will lead client service teams, drive growth strategy, and manage cross-functional initiatives across marketing, sales and operations. The role requires a strategic mindset and ability to deliver on revenue and service targets in a hybrid working environment, with a focus on high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Understanding and knowledge of insurance industry trends.
• Knowledge and experience of industry technologies and associated risk issues.
• The ability to lead a team
• Proven track record of delivering excellent client service.
• Ability to develop quick understanding of operating environment and business objectives.
• Strong self-awareness with ability to read stakeholder meetings and engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Wales & West client service team with empathy and integrity.
• Deliver on the three-year strategic business plan and growth targets.
• Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and portfolio management.
• Own budget processes, forecasting accuracy and delivery of efficiency initiatives including AI projects.
