Job summary

Willmott Dixon Group is seeking a full-time People Partner to join our Wales & West Region, with a hybrid mix of Bristol or Cardiff office, home, and occasional site visits. You’ll translate people strategy into practical actions, partner with managers, and support leadership capability while championing a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle, including performance, development and employee relations.
• Confidence in coaching and advising managers on people-related matters.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to use people data and insight to inform decisions and improvements.
• A collaborative approach and desire to continually develop your people partnering capability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, consistent people support aligned to business priorities.
• Support and enhance our 5 key people experiences: Attract, Welcome, Perform, Grow, Goodbye.
• Deliver high-quality People operations across the employee lifecycle, support employee relations cases, and contribute to wellbeing and inclusion initiatives.
• Build strong relationships across the Wales & West region with the wider People Team and People Experience Hub.
