Job summary

EMR Group in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead fixed and mobile plant maintenance across the South region, focusing on reliability and safe operations. You will develop and implement planned, preventive, predictive, and reactive strategies, manage budgets and KPIs, and build a capable maintenance team while working with regional operations and central engineering.

The role requires strong HSE leadership, hands-on problem solving, and a continuous improvement

Qualifications

Qualified in mechanical or electrical engineering or apprenticeship.
Experience managing maintenance across multiple sites.
Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance and asset management systems (CMMS).
Experience with health & safety requirements and contractor management.

Responsibilities

Lead fixed and mobile plant maintenance across the South region.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies to reduce downtime.
Promote a safe quality culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
Develop regional maintenance teams with the right skills and training.
Monitor performance, budgets and KPIs with RCA for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with regional management, central engineering, contractors and suppliers.
