Job summary

Power Minerals Limited in the UK seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance teams, coordinate electrical and mechanical support, and drive reliability improvements across facilities and equipment. The role requires the ability to plan, manage budgets and supervise external contractors while maintaining safety and compliance.

You will develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs, align with OEE targets, and deputise for the Plant Manager when required.

Qualifications

• Typically 7–12 years of maintenance/engineering experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and facilities systems.
• Experience with CMMS and SAP to support asset reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, supervise and champion maintenance teams and operations staff.
• Provide mechanical, electrical and instrument support across UK operations.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs aligned with reliability targets (OEE).
• Respond to equipment issues, troubleshoot root causes and coordinate corrective actions/repairs.
• Ensure safe execution of maintenance work to programme, standards, time and costs.
• Implement life-cycle management systems for all assets.
• Identify reliability improvements, equipment upgrades and process optimisation initiatives.
• Manage maintenance contracts and supervise external contractors.
• Oversee maintenance budgets, inventory and parts procurement.
• Plan and conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities and equipment.
