Job summary

Randox Laboratories Ltd. is seeking a Regional Performance Partner based in Southern England. The role drives operational performance and continuous improvement across Randox Health Clinics and Randox Clinical Laboratory Services, working 40 hours per week on a 7-day rota.

You will monitor KPIs, analyze data, and ensure processes comply with ISO 15189 and other regulatory requirements, while maintaining independence in quality management activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biomedical Sciences or life sciences with relevant work in diagnostics.
• Experience in diagnostic testing is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 15189 and quality systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Spend time in laboratories and clinics within your region.
• Observe operations directly to identify issues and opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs at source and track improvements to completion.
• Analyse operational and quality data to embed sustainable improvements.
• Work with Lab and Clinic operations to address root causes on the floor.
• Ensure all processes align with regulatory and quality guidelines.

Regional Performance Partner – London (Job Ref: 26/RPPL)

We are currently looking to hire a Regional Performance Partner within our team based in Southern England. This is a newly created role that works within Quality Management to drive operational performance and continuous improvement across Randox Health (Clinics) and Randox Clinical Laboratory Services (Lab) sites in Southern England.

Location: Randox Labs and Randox Health Clinics across London and the South of England.

Contract Offered: Full-time, permanent.

Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week working 5 shifts across a 7-day rota.

What does this role involve?

The main duties of the role include:

• Spending time in the laboratories and clinics within your region:
• Observing operations directly
• Monitoring KPIs at source
• Analysing operational and quality data to identify inefficiencies and embed sustainable improvements
• Work closely with Lab and Clinic operations to ensure performance issues are identified early, address root causes on the lab /clinic floor and track improvements to completion
• Ensure all operations, processes and implemented improvements are inline with relevant regulatory and quality guidelines.
• While working closely with operational teams, the post holder must maintain independence and objectivity in all quality management activities
• Qualified to at least degree level in Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, Immunology or a life science.
• Experience in diagnostic testing
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills.
• Demonstrate excellent leadership qualities and a high level or self-motivation
• Strong systems skills to produce correspondence and documents
• Knowledge of ISO 15189
• Working knowledge of quality systems.
• Knowledge of CQC / HIS / Clinical Governance regulations and frameworks
