Job summary

Randox Laboratories seeks a Regional Performance Partner to drive operational performance across Randox Health Clinics and Randox Clinical Laboratory Services in Southern England. You will spend time in laboratories and clinics, monitoring KPIs, and driving improvements while ensuring compliance with ISO 15189 and quality guidelines.

The role is based in London and the South of England, 40 hours per week across a 7-day rota, with a focus on independent quality management and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Must-have diagnostic testing experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills.
• Solid knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with ISO 15189 and related regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Spend time in laboratories and clinics within your region to observe operations.
• Monitor KPIs at source and identify inefficiencies.
• Analyse data to embed sustainable improvements.
• Work with Lab and Clinic operations to address root causes and track improvements.
• Ensure operations comply with regulatory and quality guidelines and maintain objectivity.
