Job summary

Randox is seeking a Regional Performance Partner to join our Northern England team. You will work across Randox Health and Randox Clinical Laboratory Services to monitor operations, analyse data, and drive continuous improvements on the ground in clinics and labs.

You will collaborate with Lab and Clinic operations, ensure compliance with ISO 15189 and regulatory guidelines, and lead quality management initiatives with independence and strong motivation. A biomedical sciences degree is required.

Qualifications

Degree in Biomedical Sciences or life sciences.
Experience in diagnostic testing.
Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
Demonstrate leadership qualities and high self-motivation.
Knowledge of ISO 15189 and quality systems.
Knowledge of CQC/HIS/Clinical Governance regulations.

Responsibilities

Spend time in the laboratories and clinics within your region.
Observe operations directly in labs and clinics.
Monitor KPIs at source and identify inefficiencies.
Analyse operational and quality data to drive sustainable improvements.
Collaborate with Lab and Clinic operations to address root causes and track improvements.
Ensure all operations and improvements comply with regulatory/quality guidelines.
