Job summary

Allica Bank is seeking a Partnerships Manager to grow relationships with accounting firms across the UK. You will own the end-to-end experience for Business Rewards Account clients—from introductions to onboarding and funding—and coordinate with our Relationship Manager team for additional lending needs.

The role involves regional travel, in-person meetings, and collaboration with Marketing to run events. A consultative, CRM-driven approach will be essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales and account management.
• Strong relationships with accountants and professional advisors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for meetings and events.
• Comfortable managing a CRM portfolio and reporting on pipeline progress.

Responsibilities

• Manage a regional portfolio of accounting firms, driving the pipeline to repeat business.
• Build trust with partners through a consultative approach and credibility.
• Grow presence across firms via regular travel and in-person meetings.
• Introduce Business Rewards Account and other banking products; own onboarding and funding journey.
• Qualify and refer clients with lending needs to Relationship Manager.
• Serve as the dedicated contact for accounting firms at Allica.
• Develop and refine the Accountants Playbook to ensure onboarding success.
• Run regional events such as lunch & learns and roundtables.
• Provide firms with partnerships packs and joint marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report progress for decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a seamless experience.
• Align personal objectives with departmental goals and development plan.
