Job summary

Powerleague is seeking Regional Padel Development Managers to lead coaching growth across UK clubs. You will coach on court, support club operations and develop people and programmes to enhance member experiences.

Ideal candidates will drive participation, develop coaches, and help deliver engaging league and junior programmes while ensuring safeguarding standards throughout the region.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering coaching programmes across multiple clubs.
• Excellent coaching, communication and mentoring skills.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage priorities.
• Customer-focused mindset with commercial awareness.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to travel across the region and work some evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality coaching sessions across clubs in the region.
• Lead and implement the Powerleague Coaching Programme for consistency.
• Recruit, onboard and support freelance coaches.
• Mentor coaches to help them develop and grow.
• Support launches of new coaching initiatives and programmes.
• Provide hands-on support during new club openings and events.
• Collaborate with Club Managers to drive participation and court utilisation.
• Ensure coaching, welfare and safeguarding standards across the region.
