Job summary

The Club Company is seeking a Padel Co-ordinator to lead coaching for beginners, organise social events, and manage the Padel timetable across our UK clubs. You will support daily court operations, bookings, and equipment maintenance while helping create a welcoming environment for members.

Working closely with the Fitness & Wellbeing Manager, you will promote activities, contribute ideas to enhance the member experience, and have opportunities for paid commission coaching beyond group sessions.

Qualifications

• CPR, First Aid, or AED certified.
• LTA Level 2 Padel Coaching Qualification (or equivalent) & LTA Accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging coaching sessions for beginners.
• Organise social events and coordinate the Padel timetable.
• Support day-to-day operation of our courts and manage court bookings.
• Maintain equipment and contribute ideas to improve member experience.
• Deliver group coaching and private lessons on a paid commission basis.
