Job summary

Love Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a regional role based in the Midlands to launch and grow a portfolio of padel clubs. You will lead the operational opening of around eight to ten new clubs, mobilising teams, delivering first-class sessions and driving early trading.

You will coach and develop Club Managers, manage the regional P&L and hit commercial KPIs, including revenue, occupancy and customer experience, while travelling to frequent sites and staying near new clubs.

Qualifications

• Strong padel playing ability is essential.
• Experience owning a regional or multi-site P&L and delivering against targets and KPIs.
• Track record of leading and developing managers and holding them accountable for performance.
• Multi-site opening experience across several sites preferred.
• Customer-focused approach with passion for growing participation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational opening of new clubs and rollout across the Midlands.
• Set up launch programmes including introductions, socials, coaching courses and events.
• Recruit, onboard and train Club Managers, coaches and teams for day one readiness.
• Coach and mentor coaches; ensure consistent high standards across clubs.
• Own regional P&L and deliver revenue, occupancy, coaching income and costs targets.
• Visit clubs regularly to drive performance and share best practices.
