Job summary

Powerleague Milton Keynes is seeking a Padel Deputy Manager to lead daily Padel operations, ensure safe, high-quality experiences and grow participation across leagues, coaching, events and community partnerships.

You will motivate and support a talented team of coaches and assistants, deliver top-notch customer service, and drive local marketing and sales activity to hit participation and revenue targets in a dynamic, fast-paced sports environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within sport, leisure or hospitality.
• Confident, people-focused and passionate about growing the game.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts across evenings and weekends.
• Ideally LTA Level 2 Padel Instructor qualification (or working towards it)
• Experience running coaching programmes of developing a team.
