Job summary

Love Recruitment International seeks a Regional Development Manager – Padel Business to lead a portfolio of clubs across the Midlands. You will own regional P&L, drive new club openings, and coach managers to achieve commercial targets while ensuring exceptional player experiences.

You will open eight to ten clubs next year, recruit and train staff, and maintain a hands-on presence at sites to build early communities among players and coaches. Padel excellence is essential.

Qualifications

• High-standard padel playing ability and on-court credibility.
• Experience owning a regional or multi-site P&L with KPI delivery.
• Track record of leading and developing managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational openings of new clubs and launch programmes.
• Recruit, onboard and train Club Managers and coaching teams.
• Coach and develop coaches to deliver consistent standards.
• Own the regional P&L and drive revenue, occupancy and costs.
• Support community engagement and events across the portfolio.
