Zest Optical, in partnership with a leading ophthalmic lens manufacturer, is recruiting an experienced Trainer - Education & Professional Services to cover Scotland. This role suits a Dispensing Optician with strong lens knowledge who is passionate about education and supporting eye care professionals.

Working closely with optical practices across Scotland, you will plan and deliver engaging product, sales and retail training while providing technical and professional support to customers and

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering education/training to eye-care professionals.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Confident delivering training to individuals and groups.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging product, technical, sales and retail training to optical practices across Scotland.
• Educate eye care professionals on ophthalmic lens products, services and solutions.
• Develop KPIs around sales volumes and product mix with customers.
• Create training initiatives to improve product knowledge and sales performance.
• Support the Professional Services Manager with projects and educational content.
• Travel throughout Scotland to deliver training and provide field support.
