Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking a Training Coordinator to deliver process training to frontline branch staff during induction and ongoing development across the Kent region. You will support the branch network in achieving PARC targets on compliance and shrinkage and resolve key operational issues.

The role requires practical knowledge of branch processes, strong IT skills (Excel) and the ability to motivate teams with clear, hands-on training. A driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Operational experience in a multi-site organisation.
• Strong knowledge of branch processes, especially warehouse.
• Excellent communication at all levels and ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Deliver process training to new starters during induction and ongoing training as needed.
• Maintain Operational Training plans for branches covered.
• Support branch compliance, PARC targets, and audit readiness.
• Conduct operational health checks and support stocktaking and audits.
• Provide frontline support on small branch projects and local initiatives.
