Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking an Operational Trainer to deliver high-quality, consistent training to warehouse operatives across all functions. You will support onboarding, SOP training, manual handling and safety compliance while driving continuous improvement of training materials.

You will lead floor-based coaching, assess competency, and help ensure a safe, efficient working environment across our UK warehouse network.

Qualifications

• Deliver high-quality operational training to warehouse operatives.
• Lead onboarding and induction programmes for new starters.
• Identify skill gaps and drive continuous training improvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Operational Training across all warehouse functions (picking, packing, loading, goods-in, replenishment, returns).
• Train colleagues on SOPs and ensure full understanding of process requirements.
• Deliver mandatory training including manual handling and safety essentials.
• Provide refresher training and on-the-job coaching.
• Maintain training records, sign-off sheets and compliance documentation.
• Support SOP creation, review and updates with Operations and H&S teams.
