Job summary

Stow Healthcare Group is expanding its Regional Operations team and seeks an experienced care home leader to strengthen performance and cultivate high-performing teams across homes. You'll collaborate with Home Managers to enhance resident experiences and drive growth in a compassionate, compliant care environment.

You will lead with a people-first approach, delivering practical improvements while sustaining Stow’s values of kindness, accountability and continuous improvement.
