Responsibilities

• Prioritise the delivery of monthly service and improvement reports.
• Support regional business planning to translate Group priorities into local deliverables.
• Analyse performance and service information and use complaints and feedback to identify trends.
• Liaise with the Regional Leadership Team and other teams to build strong working relationships.
