Job summary

HireWise is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead the Northern Ireland portfolio, covering Tyrone, Derry, Down and Cavan. You will deliver contractual commitments, manage senior stakeholder relationships and drive service excellence across customer sites.

The role focuses on cost-saving initiatives, site scorecards, KPI reporting and coordinating with internal teams to ensure contract delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations in an industrial/technical environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex customer accounts and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strategic direction and leadership of account portfolio to drive profitable growth.
• Manage customer relationships, commercial management and cost-saving initiatives for high complexity accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic customer plans to achieve profitable growth.
• Prepare and present site spend forecasts and trends for each customer.
• Coordinate and present at customer review meetings (monthly/quarterly/annually).
• Develop site action plans around business consolidation and improvements.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives and ensure timely close-out with stakeholders.
• Maintain monthly scorecards and site KPIs; report on performance and risks.
