Job summary

Wendy's Leeds is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead and develop the operations of multiple company-owned restaurants. You will drive profitability, coach teams, and uphold the Wendy's Way standard to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will partner with HR, Training, and Marketing to plan openings, manage performance, and execute a strategic growth agenda across the Leeds market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; MBA or Master's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years with increasing responsibility in operations management.
• Experience in P&L management of multi-unit operators.
• Supervisory experience in geographically dispersed restaurants.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, customer-focused.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Superior operating, financial and marketing acumen.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Wendy's Way model delivers A-level operations and exceptional guest experience.
• Create and execute a business plan aligned with market plan with operational targets.
• Develop action plans to improve performance and drive profitability.
• Maintain food safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage financial performance including labor, costs, and cash controls.
• Lead recruitment, development, and performance management of restaurant teams.
• Partner with marketing and construction to support openings and growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on projects/tests.
