Wendy’s Exeter is seeking a District Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and performance across multiple Wendy’s restaurants within the district. You will drive sales, uphold brand standards, and develop high-performing teams across locations.

You will provide strong leadership to Restaurant Managers, ensuring consistent customer experiences, food quality, health and safety, and efficient labour management across the district.

• Proven experience in multi-site restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Analytical mindset with capability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel between restaurants within the district.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations and performance of multiple Wendy's restaurants across the district.
• Drive sales growth, monitor KPIs, and manage labour and costs.
• Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers to improve performance.
• Ensure brand standards, food quality, and guest experience across all locations.
• Maintain health, safety, compliance, and operational procedures district-wide.
• Communicate priorities and plans to Restaurant Managers and cross-functional teams.
