My client, a leading provider of workspace solutions with over two decades of industry expertise, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee operations across one of its key sites. This role is crucial to ensuring facilities run efficiently, remain compliant, and deliver value to customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Solid background in facilities or property management across multiple sites with a strong focus on customer service
• In-depth understanding of health & safety legislation and statutory compliance obligations
• Ability to lead remote teams and manage external contractors effectively
• Strong skills in organisation, administration, and financial control, especially regarding maintenance budgets

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe, compliant, and cost-efficient environment across the site
• Supervise and support on-site maintenance staff and manage outsourced service providers
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including gas safety, fire protection, asbestos control, and electrical systems
• Collaborate with centre managers to improve occupancy rates, oversee maintenance plans, and enhance overall operational performance
