We're looking for talented individuals to join our growing team.

We are currently recruiting for a Regional Operations Manager in a Hybrid role.

Location: Kent & surrounding areas.

The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) will be responsible for managing the daily operations of their region. They will support and implement the business strategy and annual action plans to foster growth and achieve company objectives. The ROM will have full accountability for regional teams, focusing on maximizing financial performance while maintaining a safe and engaging environment for both customers and employees.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring compliance with Gambling Commission objectives.
• Auditing security measures such as CCTV, alarms, safes, and locks.
• Representing the company brand and culture positively.
• Leading, inspiring, and motivating venue teams with a proactive attitude.
• Briefing employees on promotions and marketing activities.
• Collaborating with management to optimize product performance.
• Managing employment functions including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
