Job summary

Novus Property Solutions, a dynamic property maintenance and refurbishment specialist, seeks a Regional Manager/Operations Manager to drive delivery across South East regions and East Anglia. You will lead multiple contracts, manage budgets and client relationships, and shape performance strategies while ensuring safety and efficiency on site.

Candidates with social housing refurbishment experience, strong IT skills, and a full UK licence are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple contracts in a social housing/refurbishment environment.
• Ability to drive performance and implement action plans.
• Strong budget, forecasting and client-satisfaction focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery and performance across all workstreams and zones.
• Manage profit margins, budgets, invoicing and forecasting.
• Lead tendering/quotations within area of responsibility and develop client base.
