Job summary

Novus Property Solutions is seeking a Senior Partnership Manager to lead day-to-day delivery of planned refurbishment projects for social housing across the South East region. Based at Leighton Buzzard, you will drive performance, manage budgets and forecasts, and maintain strong client relationships.

You will oversee multiple contracts, ensure compliance with safety standards, and contribute to business development while coordinating with internal teams and site staff.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Partnership Manager or transferable skills within the Social Housing sector.
• Experience managing multiple contracts and knowledge of planned refurbishment or retrofit projects is advantageous.
• Understanding of Social Housing Contracts and schedules of rates/target cost model is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Drive efficiencies and productivity across all workstreams and zonal areas.
• Lead day-to-day delivery and ensure achievement of performance levels in line with contract SLAs.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and profitability, and submission of accurate invoices.
• Manage client relationships and act as key contact for planned works contracts.
• Submit monthly valuations and reports to clients and internal management meetings.
• Identify business development opportunities and expand the client base.
• Ensure health, safety and welfare compliance on contracts and staff.
