Asda is seeking a Regional Operations Manager - North to lead Express Area Managers, driving service standards and colleague engagement across a defined region. You will ensure stores outperform locally and deliver profitable growth while implementing change initiatives and complying with policy and legal requirements.

The role is field-based with regional mobility, a hybrid working model (minimum 3 days in a Home Office) and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Express Area Managers to deliver great service, colleague engagement and operational excellence.
• Ensure stores are number one locally with profitable growth and delivery of KRAs.
