You will drive profitable growth, ensure local market awareness, and embed change while complying with policies. The role is field-based with regional mobility and weekend rota coverage.

• Experience in store operations across multi-site networks.
• Strong commercial awareness of the local market and competition.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a team of Express Area Managers.
