Asda is seeking a Regional Manager - Express to lead and develop a high-performing team across a defined geographic area. You will drive excellent customer service, store operations, and profitability while embedding change initiatives and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing multiple stores or a multi-site team.
• Strong people management and coaching abilities.
• Deep knowledge of store operations, processes and policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Express Area Managers to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence.
• Ensure portfolio stores are number one locally, driving profitable growth and KRAs.
• Implement and embed change initiatives and new ways of working while ensuring safety, legality and policy compliance.
• Be regionally mobile within a defined geographic area, providing weekend cover on a rota.
• Drive performance through market awareness, prioritised workloads and strong stakeholder engagement.
