COREcruitment Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager for a leading restaurant group in the South West. You will oversee eight sites, working closely with General Managers and reporting to the Operations Director to drive growth and performance.

The role is people-led, focusing on coaching GMs, building strong teams, and ensuring top guest experiences while monitoring sales, labour, and profitability across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-site casual dining or branded restaurant environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and P&L management.
• Proven leadership and ability to coach GMs.
• Track record of elevating guest experience and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee around eight sites in the South West region and report to the Operations Director.
• Develop GMs, build strong teams, and create accountability across sites.
• Monitor sales, labour, profitability and overall performance to maintain high standards.
• Drive guest experience and ensure consistent delivery across all locations.
