Job summary

Get Staff represents a UK-based engineering and technical services client seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee operations across Hampshire and surrounding sites. The role reports to the UK Operations Director and focuses on efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

You will lead depot teams, field engineers and drivers, manage safety, develop PDPs, and drive continuous improvement. A background in HVAC, industrial boiler or commercial refrigeration, strong people leadership

Qualifications

Senior level operations management experience in engineering or B2B environments.
Experience with HVAC, Industrial Boilers or Commercial Refrigeration.
Proven people management skills with geographically dispersed teams.
Strong IT and data analysis capabilities for reporting.

Responsibilities

Resource & Safety Management: Ensure staff have equipment, PPE, training, and certifications; recruit and retain talent; foster continuous improvement.
Field Engineers Management: Coordinate daily deployment for installations, maintenance, and deinstallations; support engineers; monitor RFT performance; site visits.
Depot Operators Management: Oversee daily depot operations, asset tracking, and driver deployment; maintain depot standards and efficiency.
People & Performance Management: Develop PDPs and training; conduct audits; coach and manage teams; model company values.
