Job summary

Rehlko Uninterruptible Power Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead Engineering, Workshop, Hire Desk, Administration, Transport and Stores across Huntingdon and Norwich.

You will drive ownership, professionalism and continuous improvement while ensuring safety standards and customer expectations are exceeded. You will work with senior leadership to shape operational strategies, improve depot performance, maximise fleet utilisation and protect profitability

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple operational departments.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Commercial awareness with profitability focus.
• Experience managing operational KPIs.
• People management and coaching ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Ability to make decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in Generator Hire / Temporary Power is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational performance of the Huntingdon and Norwich depots.
• Provide leadership to engineering, transport, workshop, administration and hire teams.
• Take ownership of regional administration including contract management, invoicing, documentation and reporting.
• Drive operational excellence through planning, communication and performance management.
• Ensure all customer contractual obligations and service levels are achieved.
• Improve fleet availability through workshop planning and engineering resource management.
• Maximise fleet utilisation whilst protecting asset condition and presentation.
• Develop depot teams through coaching, mentoring and structured performance management.
• Review operational KPIs and implement improvement plans where required.
• Ensure all equipment leaving the depot meets company quality standards.
• Lead customer escalations and operational reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement across every operational process.
