Safetykleen in the UK & Ireland seeks a Regional Field Operations Director to lead multiple branches and operational leadership teams across a dispersed region. You will drive safety, customer satisfaction, operational excellence and commercial performance while developing high-performing teams that deliver results.

You'll oversee branch managers, champion a safety-first culture and manage budgets, resources and assets.

The Role

Reporting to the Service & Operations Director, the Regional Field Operations Director will lead multiple branches and operational leadership teams across a geographically dispersed region.

You'll be responsible for driving safety, customer satisfaction, operational excellence and commercial performance, while developing high-performing teams that consistently deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

About You

We're looking for a proven operational leader with experience in field service, logistics, engineering, utilities, facilities management, waste management or a similar operational environment.
