Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Contract Leader to oversee facilities management services across a major client portfolio in Greater London. You will lead contract delivery, manage budgets, and drive a safety-focused, inclusive culture while delivering high-performing services and strong customer partnerships.

You will role-model leadership, oversee continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure KPI targets and statutory compliance are met, with responsibility for the client relationship

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a similar FM service provider role (ideally within Cleaning/Soft Services).
• Senior management experience running hard services and/or facilities management contracts.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively to a diverse stakeholder base.
• Strong leadership and ability to form collaborative working relationships with large delivery teams.

About The Role

Working Pattern: Hours according to business needs but mainly 8am to 4pm

• Provide leadership, inspiration, and control in each aspect of contract delivery
• Full budgetary and commercial responsibility
• Leadership and lead by example in culture of safety, opportunity, inclusiveness, and diversity
• Deliver operational services which achieve statutory compliance, KPI adherence and high performance
• Ensure that a Continuous Improvement Process is an integral part of service delivery, adding value to both the business and our client
• Ownership of customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer experience, true partnership and collaboration

Key Hiring Criteria

• Extensive experience working in a similar role for an FM service provider (ideally within Cleaning/Soft Services)
• Extensive experience at the Senior Management level running hard services and/or facilities management contracts
• Excellent commercial and financial acumen
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively to a diverse stakeholder base
• Strong management skills and ability to form collaborative working relationships and communicate with a large and varied delivery team
