Miles & Barr Estate Agents is seeking a Regional Operations Coordinator to support the Regional Operations Manager and leadership team from our head office in Herne Bay. The role covers operations, data reporting, and people support, with travel between offices as required and a permanent full-time contract.

The salary ranges from £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience, with working hours 8:30-17:00, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Regional Operations Manager and wider leadership team.
• Support the smooth running of branches and offices across the region.
• Must be able to travel between offices as and when required.
• Coordinate operational requests, ensuring actions are followed up and completed.
• Maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets, trackers and operational documentation.
• Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion at all times.

Responsibilities
