Job summary

G MASS is seeking a Regional Operational Oversight Manager for its Delegated Authority function, covering Company and Syndicate business across EMEA. This role manages a portfolio of Coverholders and MGAs, performing due diligence, onboarding and annual reviews to ensure governance compliance.

It requires strong P&C insurance experience, operational controls know-how, and at least 3 years in delegated authority.

Qualifications

Solid P&C insurance background and underwriting operations knowledge.
Experience building or evaluating operational controls.
3+ years in insurance operations or delegated authority specifically.

Responsibilities

Own relationships with Coverholders and MGAs, conduct due diligence, onboarding and annual reviews to ensure governance compliance.
Lead operational and compliance audits across delegated partners and drive resolution on findings to meet service and regulatory standards.
Manage day-to-day oversight of Binding Authorities and Line Slips, including SLA performance and outsourcing arrangements.
Ensure data and reporting from delegated partners is accurate and fit for purpose, addressing quality issues as they arise.
Own policy and procedure documentation, keeping it current as processes evolve.
Sit on risk and delegated underwriting committees, representing operations in wider discussions.
Identify and lead improvements to the operating model, balancing BAU with change work.
