Job summary

Storal Learning Ltd. is hiring a Nursery Practitioner to support multiple nurseries across the region.

You will work closely with Nursery Managers to provide day-to-day cover, plan activities, observe progress, and deliver the Storal curriculum while ensuring high standards of care. The role requires an Early Years Level 3 qualification, experience with children in Early Years settings, and a willingness to travel within the Winchester area.

Qualifications

• Early Years qualification Level 3
• Experience of working with all age groups in Early Years settings
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework is advantageous
• Hold a full clean UK driving licence and access to a car
• Willing to travel within the Winchester area

Responsibilities

• Work across multiple nurseries providing day-to-day cover and support where needed
• Plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children
• Apply the Storal curriculum and pedagogy to daily activities
• Engage with children and families to support learning and development

The Team

Our Nursery Support Team is in the North East and will cover the following nurseries, Acorns (ST10 4JJ), Meir Park (ST3 7TW) and Leek (ST13 6NE). We have a wide variety of remarkable nurseries where our experienced and passionate team brings a wealth of early years expertise. We know that every child is unique, with their own story to tell, so we tailor our approach to suit each child's pace, personality, and interests ensuring they feel supported, seen, and celebrated.

How you'll spend your time here

In this role, you will work closely with the Nursery Managers to provide day-to-day cover and support where it is needed most. Flexibility is key, as your schedule may vary week to week.

You'll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children. Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily.

Whilst seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions. Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.

We'd love to talk to you if you have the following

• An Early Years qualification at Level 3

• Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings
