Job summary

Lime Tree Nursery is seeking an experienced Nursery Area Manager to lead multiple nursery settings in South Yorkshire. You will support, coach and inspire Nursery Managers to deliver exceptional care and education while ensuring Ofsted and EYFS standards are met.

You will monitor performance, drive audits and strategy, and be the go-to for safeguarding, people development, and parent partnerships. Travel between sites is a key part of the role, ensuring consistent quality across the region.

Qualifications

• Qualified Early Years professional (Level 3 minimum).
• Confident communicator, motivator and mentor.
• Dedication to quality, safety and safe environments.
• Able to juggle KPIs, team dynamics and be a strong team player.
• Driver’s licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support, coach and inspire Nursery Managers to deliver exceptional care and education.
• Ensure each nursery meets Ofsted and EYFS standards and shines brightly.
• Monitor performance, quality and compliance across the region.
• Lead audits, action planning and strategic initiatives.
