Job summary

Olympus Recruitment Ltd works with a regional childcare provider to recruit an experienced Early Years Area Manager to oversee 4-6 sites across the South West and Midlands. Qualifications

• Level 3+ Early Years qualification
• Experience managing multiple settings or geographically dispersed teams
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted and safeguarding
• Experience managing budgets, P&L and occupancy KPIs
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop managers
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, commercially aware and solutions-focused
• Clean UK driving licence

The Role

About You
