Bright Horizons Tingley Day Nursery and Pre School in Leeds is seeking an Early Years Regional Administrator. This part-time role (20 hours per week) involves travel across the Leeds area to support multiple nurseries.

We’re looking for a Early Years Regional Administrator. This role is for a regional administrator, supporting the region expected to travel to all nurseries within the Leeds area. This is a part time role, 20 hours per week.
As an Early Years Administrator, you will lead parent outreach initiatives, supporting the manager with new nursery places, extra sessions, and booking changes. You will assist parents with financial queries and solutions, and coordinate monthly invoice runs, invoice debt, funding tasks, and manage payment plans. When required, you will also support the nursery manager with ad hoc administrative tasks and reports.
