Job summary

Bright Horizons in Leeds is seeking a part-time Early Years Regional Administrator to support the region and travel between nurseries within the Leeds area. You will help with parent outreach, nursery place coordination, and handling invoicing and funding tasks.

The role requires strong admin skills and the ability to work with families and staff. The position offers a 20-hour work week, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service, efficient administration, and support for the nursery

  • Previous experience within an administrative role.
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great communication with colleagues, children and parents.

Responsibilities

  • Lead parent outreach initiatives and support the manager with new nursery places, extra sessions and booking changes.
  • Assist parents with financial queries and coordinate monthly invoice runs and funding tasks.
  • Support the nursery manager with ad hoc administrative tasks and reports.

Job description

We're looking for a Early Years Regional Administrator. This role is for a regional administrator, supporting the region expected to travel to all nurseries within the Leeds area. This is a part time role, 20 hours per week. Our Benefits Childcare discount of 40% for first child

Responsibilities
  • Subject to T&Cs, As an Early Years Administrator, you will lead parent outreach initiatives, supporting the manager with new nursery places, extra sessions, and booking changes. You will assist parents with financial queries and solutions, and coordinate monthly invoice runs, invoice debt, funding tasks, and manage payment plans. When required, you will also support the nursery manager with ad hoc administrative tasks and reports.

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data entry
  • Great communication skills, with colleagues, children, and parents
