Location: Remote / Home Working / Field Based (will be required to travel to Head Office in Walsall for ad hoc training or team meetings)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: circa £45K plus car allowance, with eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus scheme and excellent benefits.
Develop a high-performing, multi-trade, Regional Contractor Network supporting CET’s position as the company of choice for the UK’s Blue-Chip Home Emergency Insurers. This key role covers our North Region (North England, Northern Ireland & Scotland), one of three regions within the CET network spanning the UK and NI.
You will be responsible for the effective day-to-day performance management of our North Network, working closely with multi-trade domestic emergency repair contractors to ensure the highest service levels during customers’ times of need.
You will be fully empowered and accountable for delivering service and operational KPIs within your territory, building on and improving an already high-performing network. You will also support wider business initiatives to enhance network support, engagement, and results.
