Impact Food Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a team of Area Managers delivering catering services across multiple schools in England. This field-based role requires travel between sites and a hands-on, results-driven approach to maintain high standards and client satisfaction.

You will lead Area Managers, ensure Dolce standards, manage financial targets, and develop teams. A full UK driving license is essential; catering and food hygiene qualifications are a bonus

• Proven track record of managing others within management.
• Multi-site experience in a similar role and environment.
• Excellent communication skills and IT literacy.

Responsibilities
