Job summary

Impact Food Group is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple school kitchens across Kent, South East London and East Sussex. This field-based role requires travel between sites, leading multi-site teams, and delivering outstanding food, service and operational standards.

You will manage budgets, build client relationships, recruit and coach Chef Managers, and present data on portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Area Manager or Operations Manager in contract or retail catering.
• Managing at least 8 sites across a portfolio.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop multi-site teams to deliver outstanding results.
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
