Impact Food Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of school kitchens across England. This field-based role requires travel between sites, leading multi-site teams to deliver exceptional food, service and standards.

You will drive operational performance, manage budgets and contracts, and support Chef Managers with recruitment and day-to-day operations. A hands-on, data-driven leader with strong communication skills will fit well.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Area Manager or Operations Manager in contract or retail catering managing 8+ sites
• Strong people management skills and leadership of multi-site teams
• Excellent communication with kitchen teams up to senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of food quality, hygiene and compliance standards
• Ability to monitor and improve operational performance and financial outcomes across a portfolio
