Impact Food Group is seeking a Business Support Manager to oversee operations across Slough, Maidenhead, Marlow and surrounding areas. This role involves leading multiple site teams, stepping into kitchens when needed, and driving profitability while maintaining high service standards.

You will engage with clients and stakeholders, manage chef managers, and coordinate with the Operations Manager to support a growing portfolio. A hands-on, organized leader with strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing at least four sites, supporting Chef Managers.
• Hands-on cooking experience and willingness to work in kitchen.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication across all levels.
