Job summary

Impact Food Group (IFG) is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of school kitchens across West London, travelling between sites to ensure top-quality food, service and standards. You will lead multi-site teams, build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders, and monitor operational performance including budgets and contracts.

Working days are Monday to Friday, with 45 hours per week; salary is from £50,000 to £52,500 per annum plus a car

Qualifications

• Experience as an Area Manager or Operations Manager in contract or retail catering.
• Experience managing at least 8 sites.
• Proven multi-site leadership and people management.
• Strong communication with kitchen teams and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent organisation and ability to prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop teams to deliver outstanding results.
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor and improve operational performance across portfolio.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and compliance standards are met.
• Manage financial performance, including budgets and contracts.
• Support Chef Managers with recruitment, HR, and day-to-day operations.
• Present data, reports, and insights to demonstrate success.
