Job summary

Yorkshire Building Society is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of telephony and field-based development managers. You will execute the strategy for the Accord Intermediary business while driving diversity and inclusion within operations and supporting the mortgage distribution division.

You will coach, develop and manage relationships with intermediaries, ensuring lending quality and service objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large national/regional intermediary mortgage accounts.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of lending products, criteria, systems and regulatory procedures.
• Proven ability to foster and manage relationships.
• High level of digital literacy.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop the regional team to hit lending, quality and service targets.
• Develop short/medium/long-term business plans to meet mortgage goals.
• Collaborate with Underwriting and other teams to support sales and operations.
• Deliver a top-tier customer experience with simplicity, empathy and trust.
• Lead inclusion and diversity initiatives across the team and operations.
